2025 Poster Contest
This program is in partnership with the National Association of Conservation Districts Stewardship Week and is open to students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. This year, the theme is “Home Is Where the Habitat Is.”
Posters must be submitted with the Poster Entry Form by Friday, May 30, 2025 at the LCCD office (2120 Cornwall Rd, Suite 5, Lebanon).
The winning posters for each category will represent Lebanon County at the state contest! The winners at the state level receive a cash prize and will be entered in the national competition.
Contest Rules:
The words “Home Is Where the Habitat Is” MUST be on the poster.
Attach the completed Poster Entry Form on the back of the poster.
Poster must be flat – no 3-D objects.
Poster must be created by an individual student and must be the student’s original artwork. One entry per student.
Submit the poster and entry form to LCCD by May 30, 2025.
What Makes a Good Poster?
Colorful posters are best! Use markers, paint, colored pencils, crayons, charcoal, etc. Avoid thin-lined, light-colored artwork.
Painted, hand-drawn, braille, or digital (for 7th-12th grades) posters are accepted.
Balance a combination of illustrations and words.
Text should be large enough to be easily read. Be as neat as you can be.
Use colors and white space effectively – attract attention!
Research the theme as a way to brainstorm ideas.

Originality - 10%
Universal Appeal - 10%
